These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the website www.silwete.com. By ordering, the customer unreservedly accepts these GTC.

The products presented on the site are described and illustrated as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may exist depending on the screens and manufacturing.

3. Order

The customer places an order online via the website. All orders are considered final once payment has been validated. Silwete reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons.

4. Price and payment

Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included. Delivery costs are specified at the time of ordering. Payment is secure and can be made by credit card or other means indicated on the website.

5. Delivery

Products are shipped within 24 hours (excluding holidays and weekends). Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Silwete cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Customers have 14 days upon receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal (excluding worn, damaged, or personalized products). Returns are the customer's responsibility unless we make an error.

7. Guarantees

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. Any complaint must be reported as soon as possible with supporting photo evidence.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (texts, images, creations, model names, logos) is protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

The personal data collected is intended for the execution of orders and commercial communications. In accordance with the law, the customer has the right to access, modify, and delete their data.

10. Claims and Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, the Belgian courts will have sole jurisdiction.

Silwete strives to ensure the availability of the items presented on the site. In the event of unavailability after validation of the order, the customer will be informed and refunded as soon as possible.

The customer undertakes to use the site in accordance with current legislation and not to undermine its proper functioning or the security of the site.
