1. Payment methods accepted?
Silwete accepts payment methods supported by Shopify Payments (EU):
- Bank cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro
- Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
- Secure payment via PayPal
- Payment in installments (available in certain countries): Klarna, Alma (subject to eligibility)
All payments are encrypted and secured through Shopify Payments or our certified service providers. Transactions comply with PCI-DSS standards, ensuring optimal protection of your banking data.
2. Payment security?
Silwete does not store any banking data. During checkout, information is encrypted and processed through Shopify Payments.
3. Payment refused?
If your payment was declined, please:
- Check the accuracy of the information entered (card number, expiry date, security code)
- Contact your bank or card issuer to find out the reason.

4. Payment in installments?
In some countries, you can pay in 2, 3, or 4 installments through our partners (Klarna or Alma). This option will automatically appear at checkout if available.
5. Payment currency?
Payments are made in euros (€). If you are ordering from another country, conversion fees or exchange rate variations may apply depending on your bank.
6. Billing errors?
If there is an error in your billing (incorrect amount charged, double payment, etc.), please contact our customer service department. We will process your request as quickly as possible.
10. Payment confirmation?
Once your payment is validated, you will receive an email confirmation with a summary of your order. Your invoice will be attached or downloadable from your customer account.
