1. Which countries do we deliver to?

Silwete delivers throughout Europe. The list of available destinations is displayed in the footer under "Countries." For any questions, contact us at info@silwete.com or via WhatsApp at +32 489 94 54 33.

2. What delivery services are offered?

We deliver to the postal address of your choice. A signature may be required upon receipt. Depending on your country, delivery to a collection point may be available. We primarily work with Bpost, depending on your location.

3. Is delivery free?

Standard delivery is free for orders over a certain amount (specified at checkout). Below this amount, delivery costs are automatically calculated and displayed before validation.

4. Do I have to pay customs fees?

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the customer's responsibility and depend on the customs regulations of the destination country.

5. Delivery methods?

Standard delivery: 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, item availability, and payment validation. Delays may occur during peak periods (sales, holidays, etc.).

6. Order tracking?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package on the website of the carrier indicated.

7. Delivery problems?

If you have not received your order or if you notice a problem upon receipt, please contact us within 14 working days after the expected delivery date, at info@silwete.com or via WhatsApp +32 489 94 54 33. We will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.
