Silwete delivers throughout Europe. The list of available destinations is displayed at the bottom of the page.

2. Estimated delivery times?
- Standard delivery 2 to 5 working days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your country, payment validation or period (sales, holidays, etc.).
3. Delivery costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your country and the shipping method selected.
Free delivery may be offered depending on your order total or during special offers.
4. Order tracking?
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package via the carrier's website.
5. Delivery to a relay point?
If available in your country, you can select a nearby collection point during checkout.
6. Delivery delays?
Delays beyond our control (customs, carriers, bad weather, etc.) may occur. We always do our best to meet the announced deadlines.
7. Delivery failed or not received?
If you have not received your order within the estimated time frame, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
8. Incorrect or incomplete delivery address?
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the address provided. Silwete cannot be held responsible for packages lost or returned due to an error in the address.
