Return and exchange

1. Return period?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item to us.
2. Registering a return?
All products can be returned within this period, provided they are in their original condition and packaging, unworn, accompanied by all accessories and their protective cover.
3. Can I exchange a product?
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your purchase, you can return it for a refund and place a new order.
4. Do I have to pay if I want to return my order?
All returns are the responsibility of the customer. Silwete does not cover the cost of returning items.
5. What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@silwete.com or via WhatsApp at +32 489 94 54 33. Please take photos of the damaged package and keep it as is, so that an inspection can be carried out by our carrier.
6. What should I do if I receive a defective item?
If an item received is defective or damaged, please contact us upon receipt. Any defective item must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order.
7. When will I receive a refund for my order?
Your order will be refunded within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if your item has not been returned in its original condition (worn, damaged, etc.). The refund will be issued directly to the payment method used for the original purchase.
8. Can I return my order to Silwete's address myself?
We do not accept returns delivered by hand. Only returns sent by mail are permitted.
9. Have you received my returned order?
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the refund is processed. We encourage you to keep your return tracking number so you can track the status of your order.
